Online Return Policy

Standard Return Policy:

  1. Returns will be accepted within:
    • 30 days from date ordered (online purchases).
    • Items should be returned in original packaging.
    • Any apparel or shoe purchases must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact, and in original boxes for shoes.
    • Online purchases can be returned by mail or in store.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping payment unless items were defective or damaged when received. In this instance customers should call 845-835-8086 and speak to a customer service representative.
    • Returns or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned merchandise.
    • Little Pickles reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

In Addition to the above Return Policy Guidelines please note the following:

Online Purchases Returned By Mail: (that meet the above Return Policy Guidelines)

  • Email: info@ourlittlepickles.com (subject line: Return Authorization) or call 845-835-8086 ( to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date. 
  • Include original invoice with reason for return.
  • We recommend you insure the package and obtain a method of tracking.  Return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
  • Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 
  • Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
